インストール
- brew install testdisk
実行
- sudo photorec
対象ディスクの選択
/dev/disk0 を選択

To recover lost files, PhotoRec needs to know the filesystem type where the
file were stored:
[ ext2/ext3 ] ext2/ext3/ext4 filesystem

リカバリファイルを保存するディレクトリを選択
好きなディレクトリを選択
決まったら「c」で決定
